We bring to life any of your ideas, even the most daring ones. To be more specific, we manufacture products from non-ferrous and precious metals, mainly by the method of lost-wax casting by the wax patterns. We offer a complete production cycle – from an idea to a finished product in metal. More detailed information can be found in the “Services” section of our website.

Typical items that we produce are souvenir products, collectible figurines, keychains, buckles, furniture and sewing accessories, items of historical reconstruction, etc. We work with such metals and alloys as brass, bronze, copper, silver, melchior, nickel silver, silumin, ZAMAK. Our main clients are sculptors, designers, municipalities as well as private individuals.

Getting to know your idea

To begin with, try to describe to us in as much detail as possible your idea and what you would like to get as a result. Tell us what product you would like to order (statue, pendant, keychain, etc.), indicate its approximate or exact dimensions, weight, or other characteristics, and manufacture material (brass, bronze, copper, silver, aluminum alloys, etc.). What color should it be? For example, the same brass can be covered with silver, zinc, copper, or other metals, or a simple patina. 

The ideal option is to have a ready-made 3D model of your product, based on which we can calculate your order as quickly as possible. However, if you do not have a model, it is not a problem – give us a sketch of the product or even a photo from the Internet or any other information, and we will understand.

Maybe you already have products’ wax patterns or molds? We will take care of your order at any production stage – from the development of a 3D model to the finished product. More detailed information about this can be found in the “Services” section.

Preliminary calculation

Regardless of the amount of initial information, we will try to provide you with an estimate of the production time and cost of the order.

If we do not have enough information to fulfill the order, then we will notify you and explain in detail what exactly is missing and how to solve it.

Contract conclusion

We received all the necessary information from you and drew up an action plan, and you, in turn, are satisfied with the terms, price, and deadlines? Great, then we can move on to the contract. Don’t be afraid, the contract can take different forms. If you are a private individual, it will not be more difficult than buying something in a store. In addition, we usually formulate the contract in such a way as to divide the payment into parts for each of the production stages. Therefore, you are guaranteed to pay for the work that you are satisfied with.

Production

We do our work the way we know how – quickly and qualitatively. In the process, we also notify you about the terms and all the nuances that may arise during production.

Usually, the manufacturing process is divided into stages and some of these stages will require your approval. For example, if the initial stage of product manufacturing is the creation of a 3D model, then you first familiarize yourself with it and approve it, and only after that we proceed to the next stage.

Receiving the order

We pack the finished products and then ship them to you in any available and convenient way. We would appreciate it if, after you receive your order, you leave us feedback about it and our work.
